• How do I purchase a gift package?

    You can purchase online or call us at 888-738-0123 and our rail biking elves will be happy to return your call within 24 hours and assist you. 

    Can I personalize the gift or add a message?

    We hope to offer this soon, but not this year.

    Can I choose the sweatshirt or ball cap design?

    No—designs are assigned at random; you can select the sweatshirt size, and we cannot accommodate style or color requests.

    Do you offer digital gift cards?

    Yes. If you wish a digital gift card only, go to Gift Cards.

    However, every Holiday Gift Package includes a festive paper certificate and two pieces of merchandise. 

    Can I schedule the delivery of the gift?

    No. We will mail your gift package to you within 48 hours of ordering.  

    What are the payment options available?

    We accept all major credit cards. 

    Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?

    Not for this promotion. The gift packages are already discounted. 

    Can I add a double or quad railbike to a package?

    Yes! Reach out to us at info@revrail.com to upgrade your package. The more, the merrier!

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We are shipping in the continental United States for a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.99.

    How long does shipping take?

    We will be using Priority Mail with the USPS. We will be shipping from: North Creek, NY; Cape May, NJ; and South Fork, CO. If you order a package from those locations, please look up standard shipping times on USPS.com.

    Do you ship internationally?

    For now, we are not shipping internationally for our 2025 Holiday Gift Package.

    What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

    Once we hand off your package to the United States Postal Service, you will need to contact them with any delivery issues.

    Can I track my gift package?

    Yes, we use USPS Priority Mail and all packages have tracking numbers.

    We do not.

    Can I include multiple gifts in one shipment?

    Yes, you can!

  • How does the recipient redeem their gift package?

    Recipients will be able to book most rail bike tours immediately. Some tour calendars may not be available until mid-January.

    Are there any expiration dates for gift cards?

    No, your rail bike gift card does not have an expiration date on it!

    What if the recipient wants to exchange or upgrade their experience?

    This is not possible for these holiday packages.

    These holiday gift packages are non-refundable.

    Once your package has shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.

    What if the recipient cannot use the gift card in 2026?

    We’ve got you covered! Rev Rail gift certificates have no blackout dates and do not expire, making this truly a perfect gift.
