CAPE MAY RUN

Our Cape May run takes riders from the heart of Cape May for a 4-mile out-and-back trip alongside the The Nature Conservancy’s Garrett Family Preserve. Riders check in behind the Welcome Center at 609 Lafayette Street and enjoy the expansive native wildflower meadows and flora, as well as world-class viewing opportunities for migrating songbirds, raptors, and pollinators like bumblebees and monarch butterflies, made possible by the wonderful folks at The Nature Conservancy.

FULL MOON RIDE

In partnership with Cape May Seashore Lines, our Full Moon run takes riders from the heart of Cape May for a 4-mile out-and-back trip alongside The Nature Conservancy’s Garrett Family Preserve.

Riders check-in behind the Welcome Center at 609 Lafayette Street and enjoy Cape May after dark. We light up our railbikes and take a ride out to our beautiful picnic area on the Cape May canal to tell stories about pirates, ghosts, and even the Jersey Devil. Drinks and snacks are encouraged—we may even roast some smores. On the way back from the canal we will stop off at The Nature Conservancy’s Garrett Family Preserve to learn about the amazing spectacle of nocturnal life here on Cape Island with our staff naturalists.

Consider donating to this worthy nonprofit when you check out—100% of your contribution will go towards stewardship of TNC’s preserves in New Jersey, including the Garrett Family Preserve.
