CAPE MAY FULL MOON TOUR

As dusk settles, set off on a journey to the picturesque Cape May Canal along the scenic Garrett Family Preserve. At our turnaround destination, just 2 miles away, are picnic tables and a cozy fire pit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying complimentary s’mores! It’s a magical journey beneath a color-changing sky, where wildlife sightings are possible and the stars and moonlight transport you.

- Check in behind the Welcome Center at 609 Lafayette Street
- Pedal toward the Cape May Canal as the sky shifts from sunset to dusk
- Pause at the turnaround point to gather at a cozy fire pit and enjoy complimentary s’mores
- Learn about the history of the Cape May Canal and the railway with our Guides
- Ride back beneath the moonlight with the glow of lighted rail bikes and glowsticks for a magical finish
Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages—our rail bikes include wire baskets (18 in. x 14 in.) to hold your essentials.
Prices are per bike, not per person. One double rail bike will seat 2 people. One quad rail bike will seat up to 4 people.
